Same as MB trading delayed execution, no charts. saying that they are ECN, but they are not, clean marketmakers.

I have tried to contact these guys several times to look into their IB program. Nobody has ever called, or emailed me back. That doesn't say much for how they will take care of our clients if we were to move over there.

I have been with them since past 1 month and so far everything is satisfactory. I wish to mention an incident though. 2 weeks back, I had a gbpjpy sell limit order cancelled. The price had past it and I wanted it back there. So I contacted them and informed them of the mistake and to my surprise, they put my order back in at the price I wanted. The trade opened with a 43 pips profit. Their customer service has been excellent so far. Immediate response on email and Live Chat. It does speak volumes about them. So, I am definitely rating them 5.

I have been trading on a institutional account with RFXT for 6 months now. Their execution is great. The software is very reliable and their customer service is probably the best I have seen considering I have had an account with many different brokers.

Man these guys keep getting better and better. lol seriously, i can't believe the level of customer support they have and the speed they do things at.I recommend that you visit different forums and see what they are saying about them also..great things

All I can say is WOW! THey have blown me out of the water with the level of customer support they have. And their new platform MT4 is EXCELLENT!

Customer service is fast and friendly. I've shopped around and they seem to have one of the best overall spreads around. The worst slippage I've had during news time was 9 pips, still better than having to pay increased spreads during news time. Trade execution is generally pretty quick and timely, it's very seldom that I get a requote. I haven't traded beyond 500 lots though, so that could be a factor later on, not sure.

I use rfxt for live account 1 mth now, i like their customer service and have no problem so far. The spread is not too good but still acceptable. It is a good start for beginner since their deposit is free using credit card.
