Well i dont know much about this company, but after checking their website, they dont seem professionals to me. I started a live session chat with on of their agents. I managed to ask only 1 question, which was if they offer any specific details on their products, like spreads, auto execution...etc (there are no details whatsoever about their instruments, spreads...etc). Their agent told me to hold on and he never came back to me. I tried contacting them several times but there was no response. So u figure it out.

Very friendly platform to use. Prices are quite competitive, but there still some room to improve in the future. One of the few which has an efficient Option platform attached to the forex. And now, even a Future contracts platform is ready to use. Customer service is available when we need them. They just have to improve their written confirmation sent by E-mail and that will be fine.

Customer Service is good and helpful. Trading platform is also quite good. But i wouldn't recommend it for news trading as execution takes a bit of time, and when the price move, you'll get a requote. Spreads need to be a little tighter.

iam very happy with the service of this company they are always available to speak with and are very helpful with any of my questions. and are very quick with returning funds if needed i would say compared to all the other crap out there iam very happy to be working with them and dont feel the need to shop around to try to find something better my opinion they deserve a shot from anybody
